Shortcut criteria
@name conditions:
- @name can be any combination of the users first/last name with no spaces, using Lance Leishman for example: @lance, @LANCE, @lancel, @lanceleish, @lanceleishman
- no spaces in @name between first and last names
- when adding multiple @name to one item, @name can be separated with a space, comma, or semicolon
- upper or lower case does not matter when adding @name
- if two people are on the project with the same first name and the user only enters the @firstname, both users on the project will be assigned to the item
- an invalid error would apply in the following scenarios: a misspelling, invalid user, a user that is not on the selected project
- if the users name is misspelled, the item will be added with an invalid error in the description and shown in red (i.e. Invalid: @chukc)
- if only one @name is added and it's invalid, the item will be assigned to the person that added it
- if multiple @name are added and some are valid and some are invalid, the valid ones will be added and the invalid ones will get the invalid error
- the invalid message only applies in the list view
Order of shortcuts:
- For new tickets, calendar events, and notes, the shortcuts can be added in any order
- For new Tasks, shortcuts can be added in any order as long as the date setting is after the task description, for example:
task description @name date noemail
task description noemail date @name
task description date noemail @name
