For annual plans, please make sure that you submit this form and get it approved before you upgrade to the annual plan. This offer is not retroactive and cannot be applied to payments that have already been processed.

Non-profit Application Process
- Sign up for a Projecturf trial account (only applies to Team plan or higher) at www.projecturf.com. The first 14 days are free, so you don't need to worry about being charged immediately.
- Fill out the Non-profit Application (you may be required to submit this form annually to validate your Non-profit status).
- Email the form and the required documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- When your application has been processed, a 30% discount will be applied to your account and you'll receive an email notification as verification.
- Please note that you will be required to complete this form annually to verify your Non-Profit status (we will send you an email reminder).
