Adding personal tasks
To add personal tasks into Projecturf, click on the My Tasks section on the top left of the navigation. Then type in your task and hit enter. You can also add the start and end dates by clicking on the calendar icon to the far right of the input field.
Personal tasks are not viewable by anyone else. They are only for the user. If a user is removed from your workspace, they still retain access to all their personal items.
My tasks overview
The My Tasks section was setup to allow each user to view all their tasks in one place. Users will see tasks across all projects that are assigned to them as well as all their personal tasks added from this section. My Tasks also include the same views (list, group, Gantt, and calendar) as well as the ability to print, export, and search them. Note that project tasks assigned to everyone will show up in My Tasks for the users on that project.
My tasks filters
To view only your personal or project tasks, click the filter at the top of the page and select personal or project.
You can also filter by task status or dates using the filters at the top of the page.
Personal task details
Personal tasks include start and end dates and notes. Personal tasks will also appear in each of the different task views. To change the dates or add a note, click on the task and use the sidebar on the right to make your updates.
