You can create folders and subfolders at any time and you may create as many as you like. When you create folders and subfolders, they will appear for everyone on the project with access to the files section. In the Files section, simply click the icon to the left of the input field at the top of the screen to toggle to the new folder input, type the folder name, and hit enter.
You can add as many subfolders as you need. To add a subfolder, start by clicking on a folder name from the list of folders on the page.
The folder directory will appear underneath the input field to show you which folder you are in and where you are now adding folders and files. Then use the icon to the left of the input field to toggle to the new folder input, type the folder name, and hit enter.
Adding files to folders and subfolders
To add a file to a folder or subfolder, simply follow the steps here after you click on the folder you want to add files in.
Since file folders are shared between multiple users, there are certain steps required before removing them from your account. To remove a project folder, you must delete all files from the folder first. If no one else has any remaining files in that folder, you can remove it from the system. Simply click on the folder row to highlight it and the sidebar will appear on the right. If you have permission to delete it, you will see the delete option as shown here:
Changing Folder / Subfolder Names
To change the folder name, simply click on the folder row to highlight it and sidebar will appear on the right. Double click on the name of the folder, type the new name, and click enter. The new name will appear instantly.
