Projecturf - No Support
I have to say. This is the third time contacting you with absolutely no response. This is terrible support for your subscribers. We may need to start looking for a new service, with stronger, more responsive support. Your system has been down for 2 days and we need access to our projects that are managed on your system. Do you have an estimate on when it will be back up.

Hello, Projecturf has been down since Saturday morning (May 30), and is still down with no notification. I emailed support twice with no response. There is no phone number to call. Do you recommend we use a different product with a different vendor? What is going on?
