CRM With Light Pipeline Management Features
A light, albeit functional CRM tightly integrated with your already awesome and robust PM would be ideal. The 2 really work well together. Besides granting the CRM basics (forward/save emails to contact, notes per contact, project and account activity per contact, contact type, contacts social an skype accounts, bookmarked sites per contact, project per contact etc), please enable the following functionality features that would prove useful for business development management:
1) mark contact type (accounts, team, vendors, leads...)
2) mark contact status (lead, opportunity, deal)
3) create and track sales process (ie: ....contract signed, deposit collected, project set-up in Projecturf, team invited to collaborate....)
4) mark est deal value and create sales targets
5) Feature bookmarks, and links to contacts' social media accounts and 1 click to open Skype etc.
6) Ability to mark leads as cold, warm, hot etc...
7) Ability to link Projecturf items/activities to contact (Vendors who are involved in Projecturf projects, will show which projects and tasks are linked to them via their contact page in the CRM / CRM Leads and Clients pages will show meetings, bookmarks, notes, budgets, projects, files, approved artwork etc., related to them.
