employee hour matrix
in conjunction with hour estimates: a simple matrix chart that would show the number of hours each employee has assigned to them for the day. we like to assign our employees 6 hours of tasks a day to ensure they stay on schedule.

Yep! Take a look at Doolphy's Time Sheet input system and report. It would be great if you can produce something like that.

Something like this would definitely be useful. There's a noticeable lack of management-level features in Projecturf, and time management/assignment is one of those missing bits.
