  1. Add a cross-project and per-project kanban board

    Add a per-project kanban board with the classical icebox, to-do, work in progress, done columns, and a cross-project one which gathers all task for a team in all the projects and allows one-point-managing of the whole thing

  2. sync tasks with mac mail tasks / reminders / todos

    Syncing tasks with mail would be a huge benefit. Being able check off completed tasks in mail would be great.

  3. A helpdesk/bug tracker

    Ifyou at anytime integrate a helpdesk I will be back. I like your interface, so I would love to use projecturf.

  4. Increase email uploads

    This is the first project app that is requiring the application of 100 emails to upload for address book. Every other Project app/CRM can handle any amount up to 2000 (I think which I've never attained), but 100 emails? Thats creating more work, please expand this function to accommodate larger email address book uploads

  5. Ability to add duration and calculate start date automatically

    Ability to add duration and calculate start date automatically based on your deadline.
    When you know your deadline, you can work your way back by inputting the duration of each task and have the schedule adjust automatically. (This should take into consideration work days only and possible holidays). Would correspond to WORDAY in Excel. Would save a LOT time when creating schedules.

  6. add project backlog functionality

    Scrum/Agile project methodologies have a concept of a "project backlog" - a holding area of ideas/wishlists/features that have NOT yet been done, but can be requested by the client and are then time estimated/costed/business criticality defined - so you can work out the next build! This is FANTASTIC for getting a lot of future work from a client and keeping a project alive and moving forward!   7. Global Information board

    There is information about SOP's, software accounts etc. that I want to communicate to the whole team and have posted for their reference. We are using a document for this now and have left tasks open in the past to do the same thing. However, it would be nice to have an area at the global level to communicate SOPs and common information. We are thinking about using a Note to do this at the project level.

  8. Printer friendly calendar - Week/Day Views

    Currently, clicking on the "Printer Friendly" button for a calendar only opens the month view. If you switch a calendar to week or day views, then click the Printer Friendly button, you don't get a printer-friendly week or day view as expected.

    This means that there's no way to quickly print out a daily or weekly itinerary/shooting schedule as there is no printer-friendly version of week or day calendar views.

  9. Need ability to Sort Globally by more than one categories

    Right now you can sort all or sort only by 1 category. Would be good if there could be a checkbox or some option to select and sort by multiple categories.

  10. Add more options for repeating Calendar Events

    There needs to be options for things like every 3rd friday of the month or every 2 weeks etc. Week, month and year are too limited and we should be able to set any possible needed repeat schedule.

  11. Calendar Subscription extended Text

    When subscribing to a calendar, you'll get all your co-workers feeds, and the summery is just the Tast Title, like "Development" or "Design". I need a summary like "Task Title (Project Name) [User Name]".

  13. employee hour matrix

    in conjunction with hour estimates: a simple matrix chart that would show the number of hours each employee has assigned to them for the day. we like to assign our employees 6 hours of tasks a day to ensure they stay on schedule.

  16. Registration Link Acccess to Email to Clients

    Provide Project Managers and Admins with the ability to access the registration link so we can email the invitation directly to our clients. Currently the registration invitation email comes from an "unknown" sender's email address - and yes - per the help instructions - the email gets blocked by user's spam filter, ISP, whitelist/blacklists

  20. Task progress / % complete

    I know you probably don't want to turn your application into a clone of other project management software, but it would be nice to differentiate between a task that has not been started and one that is 99% complete.
