I would like to be able to sort projects by person responsible not just by project.
We have 16 people on our team and I would like to be able to see what i have assigned to everyone on one screen or in one list grouped by person not by project.

default tab appearance for project
we found that is troublesome, need to click on 'tasks' every time after click on the project name. as we hope 'tasks' page can appear automatically after we click the project. it isnt friendly especially the expansion of list (overview, calendar, tasks.......) happen to be under the screen.
is there any default option setting what to see after clicking the project title?

Edit distribution list for E-mail notifications
It's great that email notification is separate from responsibility, but there is no way to see or edit who is on the notification list once the ticket is created. If someone forgets to set up notifications (which happens often), or a team member is inadvertently omitted, we wind up either missing things, or having to email people outside the system, or using the responsibility list to add people who aren't doing the work, but just want to be kept informed.

Hours Projected vs. Billable Hours only
On the overview section of a project - is it possible to show Hours vs. Projected for billable hours only or is it only on total hours?
The option to show only billable hours would make our lives so much easier.

Ability to total the time or dollar amounts when multiple items are checked at one time (for invoicing purposes)
When I am invoicing it would be so nice to be able to select/check multiple time entries and have the total appear for the checked items. Then when I'm invoicing I could easily add up the time for a specific task or tasks instead of exporting the time entries as a .csv and using excel to do the math or adding the time/totals myself.

Parent tasks should roll up time assigned to nested tasks
Because adding estimated time to individual tasks is fabulous, but if they are nested under a parent task, it is a pain to manually calculate the estimated time for each task and add it to the parent task. Also, the amount of time required for each parent task is needed to help plan how long each task should take.

Ticket Reporting with Comments
It would be great to have the ability to generate a report of tickets, based on category or due date, with comments included.

ABILITY TO SCROLL THROUGH THE CALENDAR
...in addition to the directional buttons to the top right of the calendar. Although i am not sure how slow the calendar would scroll if you had a lot of tasks populated.

Templates are too limited - expand # of templates to more than 5 for a business account and 10 for an unlimited account.
I understand the desire to limit templates or you lose the benefit of having templates, but five templates for a business account seems very limiting.

Automated hours projection
When typing in the budget, to type in the hourly rate underneath instead of amount of hours. This could then trigger an automatic number of hours assigned for the project.
For example:
Budget (£): 2,500.00
Hourly rate: 802,500 / 80 = The amount of hours available for the project.

Budget / Hours reversal
I was wondering if there'd be a way of reversing the Cost vs. Budget and Hours vs. Projected numbers.
In our business, we work very much to targets and if we complete a project based on our hourly rate. This would be a lot more obvious if we have a reversal of the budget and hours.
For example, I type in the project budget and our hourly rate and immediately it comes up with the budget and an automated hourly rate. As time is added into the project, the hours count down, as does the budget. What would be nice…

Moving other future tasks dynamically when one particular task is moved
Hello. I work with many tasks across one project and in 99% of cases with our clients, project schedules overrun, either by not getting client feedback in good time or reasons beyond our control.
My intention is to use the Gantt view to alter project timescales accordingly, but this proves a nightmare when early on in the project, in that each bar has to be moved according to the days lapsed. I was wondering if there's a way when moving one Gantt bar across, it automatically moved everything else beneath it dynamically - after all, time is time and if…

FLAG ICON FOR CALENDAR TASKS
When you flag a task for high priority, it would be nice if the task had some sort of graphical identifier in calendar view so you knew that task was flagged. Tasks in your dashboard also do not show whether it has been flagged.

Keyboard shortcut to add a subtask
Move the "add subtask" + icon closer to the task so that it is more obvious, currently it is way off to the right. I had to look this up and even then it took me a minute to find.

button instead of enter key
Add a Sumbit button to ticket & task entry instead of the enter keystroke. Consistently seeing people on my team (myself included) hitting "enter" to start a new paragraph in a ticket or task, and unintentionally and prematurely submitting the task. It's easy to update the task from there, but inefficient. It is hard to re-train oneself to adapt to this, since enter is used all day long in other software to start a new paragraph, and few of my Projecturf users are using the tool all day long like I am.
