Add Severity/Priority option to Tickets
It would be great if we could have a Severity/Priority field on the Tickets. This is a fairly standard concept for tickets so that the person working thru them can sort and work the higher severity items first. Suggestions are: 1 - Critical, 2 - High, 3 - Medium, 4 - Low

Printing customizable reports
Allow customizable reports for printing. I want to include who is responsible for a project, but not the % complete/as of date/etc. that takes up the bottom 1/3 of each page and is a waste.

Give options for notifications during posting of revisions to a file
Currently when you post a new revision to an existing, it immediately sends an email notice to all users of the site. Is there a way I can specify to send an email immediately upon posting vs. the email should just be sent as part of the daily summary? If I upload a lot of documents, I don't like all of the emails that the system is generating for all of my team members. I would prefer the team members get notified as part of their daily email summary.

Need ability to sort "My Dashboard" (due today, late, upcoming tasks) by project or provide ability to export to Excel
From a management perspective, we need the ability to filter "My Dashboard" per prospect, preferably with ability to export to Excel.

User Control Of Dashboard Messages
It would be great if each user can edit which notifications they get on their Dashboard. I would prefer to just see conversations and nothing else.

Easily attach files from the Files area to a ticket
Our team has gathered all necessary documentation in the Files area of our project, but when it comes time to add tickets with direction for the developers/QA of what to build & check against, it is nearly impossible to link a document that is already in Projecturf to the ticket. It only works sporadically (Firefox). For version control (and efficiency) I do not want to have to upload duplicate files.

notes permissions
It would be great to have edit and view permissions on notes and let the owner of the note to decide who can see/edit which note. Of course the manager of the project can overwrite those, but in general now everyone can change any note to which they have access and this is not very good as a concept to maintain certain information.

Filter Notes section by creator and editor
In the Notes section of each project to have the ability to filter by People, but not with regards to who can see which note, rather by the creator and editors of a certain note, which is basically an enhanced version of the first filter, since all editors and the creator should be able to see a particular note in order to edit it.

Completed projects overdue
Ability to see a report of tasks that are completed, but that were late. For now, you are able to see open projects that are late, but would like to report on the number of projects that were completed on time vs. late.

Need workflow capability
Ability to set multiple deadlines within a task for the different people responsible. For example, a writer would go first, then goes to a designer, then to editing, then to print center, etc.
This helps with the "hand off" to the next person within a task.

Sort by Task Name
It would be very helpful to be able to sort by the Task Name when you are viewing the time entries.

Email Notification if someone is Added or Removed from Ticket
An email should go out if someone is added or removed from a Ticket. Currently, you have to go to your Dashboard or someone has to remember to make a comment so an email go out saying.

Allow user to specify which ticket statuses to show on My Dashboard
Currently, if a ticket's status is changed from "New", it is removed from My Dashboard. Maybe I want to have all tickets that are not "Completed" or "Closed" showing on My Dashboard. If someone changes a ticket to "In Progress", I have to go digging for that ticket.
